We managed to (accidentally) hit carnival in San Sebastián. It took us a while of seeing some pretty weird fancy dress and dancing to figure it out but we got there in the end. Oh and we also got to wear our shorts for the first time in 2017 it was that warm... although we got some funny looks ourselves for doing that. I don't think the locals wear shorts very often in February!
